   You must hire an attorney. They have a trick they use to wipe the slate clean. The group is called Lexington Law. You can find them on the internet. It is not expensive either.
   Take the credit bureau for a ride. They deserve it.

   You can do this yourself and yes you need to contact all three bureaus. This will depend on how the mistakes are being reported and by whom. If they have been sent to collection agencies then that is who you will need to contact, if not then you will need to contact the original creditor. Basicly you need to send by certified mail (so that you will have proof of date sent) a letter disputing the information and requesting that they provide you with proof that this is your debt. If after 30 days they have not provided you with the requested information you can forward all the documented info to the bureaus and they must remove the item. Now, that is the condensed version for simplicity purposes. Just do a little research and you can find all the knowledge you need to handle this. Document, document, document. Just remember, the bureau is not the enemey, they simply report info provided whether it is right or wrong. They will work with you if you treat them with respect. The ones reporting inacurate info is who you need to go after and be firm with. Look around the following forum, lots of great info, sample letters, timeframe outlines and people willing to help you.
