I’m pretty sure there is a clause in the credit card contract which says that you are not allowed to let others use it.
Of course, its pretty common for people to just ignore that, especially in the age of pin codes where you don’t actually have to sign your name.

Can she prove they are your debits???
Otherwise you can say she had the card on her person at all times and she is lying.
I mean according to your verbal agreement, you made an effort to pay off the card and now she is trying to get revenge and so you can just say she cannot prove those were your debits and that the card was in your hands when those cash avances or debits were made.

how did you pay for the monthly charges?’
what did you buy ?
you had a verbal agreement…
which may not hold much ground when it comes down to it.
did you keep a record of what payments you did make?
she can’t claim it as fraud or identity theft.
if you live in the same residence,and are married..
(as far as i understand..) and besides.. you were making payments..
its not like you drove her into bankruptcy … she filed for it on her own…
Honestly.. i don’t think your at fault.. i think if anything. she will be the one in trouble..
making false accusations against you .. cause she’s mad..
Just trry and gather as much proof as you can to back up your case.
This way your prepared.. and ready for w.e she throws @ you
