i have two credit card charge offs for 700 each, a cable bill for 300, and some other thing for 63 dollar showing as delinquent on my credit report, i already payed my jewelry charge off and my alltel charge off, and i plan to go ahead and pay my other charge offs within two months, since i still live at home and have no other bills, i just recently got denied for three cards, i know it was stupid to apply, but i wanted to start rebuilding my credit, i do have stafford loans but i don’t have to pay them back now cause i am still in school, so i figured that i won’t apply for credit, i will just start paying on my student loans now and i was thinking about getting a secured credit card at my bank, will this help my credit by doing all of this, by next august when i finish school i want to get a car
