I vacated the property before ever seeing a three day notice and was in the first month of my lease. Even though I have never seen a subpoena or even received court papers or even contact. After two years they have shown up on my Credit report. Can they do that even though they did not get anyjudgement on me? I did not even sign an arbitration agreement.
